Super frustrated. I'm on Free Trial with intent on signing up for paid service once campaigns are complete. However, test emails aren't going out. So I then sent emails out via normal email method to a test group. Not received by anyone in the test group. Furthermore, no email provided on the website for customer support. Need this explained/fixed. My email address for which my account has been built is I could not otherwise find a customer number associated with my account.

Are you receiving an error message when trying to send out your email campaigns, or are they just not coming into your inbox? Also, have you checked your spam or junk folder just in case? For the future, the phone number you call to reach us will always be located in the top right hand corner of your account.
