As for your email, I tested your most recent campaign and could not replicate this experience. This test email has gone directly into my inbox. When you were attempting to send a preview, did you see a "Success: Your test email was sent" message? Also, have you checked your spam/junk folder? Are you using a Gmail address? We always suggest checking your spam/junk folder or your Gmail's promotions folder.
