I looked for a chat button...but am not seeing one. need to preview but wouldn't send?????

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize you were unable to find our chat support. When you are logged into your account this chat button can be found under the Contact Us in the top right hand corner.




As for your email, I tested your most recent campaign and could not replicate this experience. This test email has gone directly into my inbox. When you were attempting to send a preview, did you see a "Success: Your test email was sent" message? Also, have you checked your spam/junk folder? Are you using a Gmail address? We always suggest checking your spam/junk folder or your Gmail's promotions folder.
