Error in billing

Hi support, The issue seems to be that our account is charged $195 this month (April 2015). For an hour or so we exceeded the number of subscribers (10,008) but in matter of minutes deleted subscribers to come below the 10,000 mark. Please note, during this period we NEVER sent a newsletter. From what we understand, we should be charged the regular $85 (even our current plan shows that we are using the basic $85 plan) Please check. Also contacted you on support - My reference number - 14716471

I am sorry for the confusion. I pushed your case along to the billing team and they are in the process of looking into this for you. They will followup via email directly.


Just a heads up for the future, once you have increased in contacts you do need to call in to lower your account back down to a small number so you are not billed for them.
