Is there anyway to turn off the requirement of payment? Our corporation will not set up the credit card option, but 97% of our customers pay with credit card. I have the option elsewhere, along with check payment. By having this a requirement on the set up, it confuses the customer because the see the Check payment and at the door, but not the credit card option.
The only way to turn off the requirement of payments is to turn off the "fees" option for the event completely. I took a peek into your account, and I do believe that the way that you have it set up is the best, most clear way you could present the different options for your registrants.
