Facebook Lead Ads Don't Work

Facebook Lead Ads doesn't work. I get to the point of clicking "Promote" and then the policy agreement comes up, I agree and then NOTHING. Nothing happens at all. I tried this many time today and do you think I could get any help from facebook?? Hell No!!

Hi @ScottK1736 I am sorry you are having issues with creating your Facebook Lead Ad. One thing we can suggest if you haven't already tried is disconnecting and then reconnecting your Facebook account.
Also, since we have not heard reports of no response after clicking "Promote", I have submitted a case for your issue to be looked into further.

The same thing happened to me today.  I created a Lead ad and got all the way to promote and it will not go any further.  I called many times and finally found out that I will not be able to post the ad until Monday when someone from constant contact calls me back.  The voice message said they are out of the office until Monday.  Is there not anyone who can email us with what the problem is?  Thanks, Robyn Mitchell

I apologize you have had this experience connecting with our Facebook Lead Ads Specialists. These support agents are currently only available by phone, Monday-Friday. With that being said, we would like to know what exactly are you experiencing? Are you receiving any error messages, or seeing a loop loading page? As a troubleshooting step, I would suggest disconnecting and reconnecting your Facebook account under the Integrations section of your Constant Contact account.

I'm dealing with the same issue the past couple days. Did either of you find a resolution?  I am waiting on support specialists to respond to the ticket that was submitted but am anxious to get the ad submitted. Thanks for any input!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! After taking a look at your account I can see you were able to get in contact with our Facebook Lead Ads Specialists. While this experience is something we are still troubleshooting, we do suggest creating your lead ad directly through Facebook as a workaround in the meantime. You can then download these leads when your ad is completed and upload the file into your account directly.

Same issue. It is Saturday night and Sunday morning. Constant Contact employees are at a microbrewery or mountain biking in Colorado and I'm trying to commit to a $1250 ad-spend, and I get no green check marks in two of the 4-step processes in creating an ad campaign. Not only that, but we are supposed to rely on your markerting analytic data. Not even an overseas call center to help us.

We do apologize that you are experiencing the same issue, and will definitely submit your feedback over to our engineers. In the mean time, we do recommend creating an ad directly through Facebook and then downloading these leads when your ad is completed and uploading the file into your account directly. Thank you!
