Thanks for reaching out to the Community with your question! When you say it did not display the correct UTF-8 characters, was this in a test email that you sent? If so, what email client were you using? Also, if it was a test email that was sent, it will not work to display those characters. In a live send, those characters will show up as intended. So, to test your subject line, just schedule and send a copy of that email to a test list/your own email, and it should appear correctly then!
