That's a great question. I apologize for any confusion this name in the top right-hand corner of your account may be causing. It sounds like the first name listed as your Account Owner is set to be "First-Name." The good news is this is something you can update. In fact the directions on how to update the Account Owner are available in our Help Center. As a new user I'd also like to share these great tips on Getting Started.
