I am sorry to hear this is happening. Although our templates are not designed to be viewed on mobile devices they are capable of displaying without a problem. What email client are you sending to when you see the template problems?
I would be happy to take a look and see if anything is causing the problem. Do we have permission to access your account? Also, what is the name of this email?
I had this same issue, and while its still not perfect please check on any formatting you might have applied. Turns out that i had inserted bullets and indented them out too far which broke the formatting. I'd suggest to you all to look at your design and see if you did anything out of the ordinary that might have caused a formatting break.

Outlook is a difficult email client as it renders emails differently than other clients. Sometimes we do have to apply some tweaks or tricks to make sure it looks perfect there. We're putting together our Monthly Newsletter and when it is opened in Outlook, the width of the newsletter appears to be expanded instead of the 600px denoted in the CSS. This is a huge formatting issue for us and any assistance to bring the width back to its normal size is much appreciated.
The newsletter in question is: Ubi March 2013
Thank you for your request. The issue was caused by some background coding of "hspace=141" in the Pax East block. This has been removed for you and the email seems to be doing fine in outlook as well as various other email clients. Please use the copy called "CTCT Ubi March 2013". You can delete your original version to prevent confusion if you wish.

It looks like we're having a similar issue with the newsletter titled "Feb- March College Rep"
I checked the blocks for erroneous "hspace"'s but couldn't find any.
Not quite sure what is making this one bug out in Outlook.
I am more than happy to help you out with this. I was not able to see the stretching on this email in my version of Outlook. What version of Outlook are you using? Can also send us a screen shot of the formatting error? This way I can look into what is causing this to happen.

I am having the same issue. i need to send the email out now so i will. But can you fix the "hspace" issue for me too?
an exmaple of a fine working one is " copy of nov 2012". The current email that needs to be sent is "sept 2013 events".
