No matter what size I put the header image in, it will not fill the header area when viewing with outlook. It is fine in other email apps and browser.
This is a big issue since most businesses use Outlook.
I have checked the HTML code and its at 100%, the image size is 600 wide I have even tried to “fit to block” on the options in the header block..
This is what I continue to get:

Marissa, I am having a similar problem with my email "Introducing the Next Generation of Data Centers." The header image appears correctly on my mobile device and via Yahoo mail but in Outlook, the image does not spread completely across. I verified the dimensions. Can you help me? Thanks, Valerie
It looks like there were some spaces inserted in the coding for the block that were causing the trouble. Can you test out the version called "CTCT Campaign Created 2014/11/02, 1:56 PM" and see how this looks? A good way to resolve something like this is to delete the block and add a new one. This will allow you to start fresh by inserting the image.

I sent you an email back on the 31st to the media@ email address. I'm wondering if you never received it. Could you shoot me an email to the social_support address with a direct email to you please? Media@ email addresses aren't going through in our system since they're role addresses.
I did take a look at your email and sent it to my Outlook 2010 account and it displayed perfectly.

We have always had issues with Constant contact and my email address media@. I still can't send myself drafts.
What does “user role address” mean??
About 5 years ago when we first got your service I spent a lot of time with tech support on your end and our domain and secondary spam filter trying to get it to work..and the emails would never come to me. Neither side was ever able to tell me why this was/is happening.
The webmaster@ email is forwarded to me so you can use that.
While you say its working on your end- all 3 of our computers here at the office with Outlook 2013 it shows up incorrectly/ not wide enough etc..

Its definitely an issue with the newest version of outlook 2013.
It’s displays properly on my Mac, My iPad, my cell phone and a PC here that uses an old version of outlook express.
We see this as a huge problem for future newsletters.
Since the security issues with Window XP and MS no longer supporting it , most people will be changing to Windows 7 and also getting the newer version of Outlooks as we did.
Any chance we can get this escalated to a higher tier of support?
I received your email. We don't send to media@ because that's considered a role address. A role address is an email address that is used to send to more than one person. Normally, all people on this email address do not all sign up to receive emails from a company and therefore we made a business decision not to send to those email addresses. Here is our FAQ on role addresses and it lists the ones that we don't send to under the Blocked section. Unfortunately, webmaster@ is also included in that list.
I spoke to my specialist team and we discovered that the reason the email header isn't displaying properly in your Outlook 2013 is due to the DPI settings. You can follow this FAQ for instructions on how to resolve that. If you have any questions let us know!
