I attempted to set up a "free trial" for our school PTO, but after following through all of the prompts, received an email confirm that my card had been charged. How do I reverse this? We need to test the site before committing to prepay for 6 or 12 months.

I am sorry to hear this happened. Can you give our billing team a call for help straightening this out? Here is a link to their contact information. The billing team is available Monday- Friday, 7am-9pm EST.
