Getting some emails, but not all

I send out several emails to the congregation each week. Two of the regular three emails are received by the recipient, but the third isn't received. Does my template have anything to do with it? It's very confusing that he gets some, but not all.  Thanks for your help.

-This member's email address

-The name of the campaign(s) that he is not receiving
