Help to take an email off of the suspended list

I need to remove an email from my suspended list and I haven't been able to contact any support so far.

The email address for the person works just fine and they keep asking why they are not receiving the emails. I am unable to take them off the suspended list. Please help.

Thank you for reaching out to our Community about your contact! I apologize this contact is bouncing as suspended in your account. Email addresses get marked as Suspended after bouncing repeatedly as Non-existent. So it's always good to first check that these contacts are in fact correct. Because you know this contact is correct, please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with: your username, a reference to this post, and the contact who is bouncing as suspended. We would be happy to look into this further for you!
