After I talked to Trevor yesterday length about my issue with email social media formatting; she asked that I ask my email recipients to send to her the original email that they received so that her technical team could do additional problem solving.
She sent me to a "help" link and not a direct email with which to send the emails. She said that she would send me an email address. She is out of integrity with what she promised and interest in helping.
