We'd be happy to help! Once you log into your account you will see an overview of all the features we offer our users. This includes the different templates we offer, ways you can manage your contacts, and even the reporting we offer on the results of any email you may send. Do you see this overview?




Clicking any of these blocks can help you better understand how you can work in our site. We also have Support agents available by phone who would be happy to walk through setting up your account with you.
