Help!

ALL of my contacts are receiving every autoresponder email without any direction from me. Many of these contacts have not given us permission for emails on the programs detailed in the autoresponses.

 

Not only that, but the "from" email address is one we no longer use: 

 

We are freaking out!!!! Please call me at  ASAP.

I can however see you have spoken with our phone support about this as well. In fact a ticket with our advanced autoresponder team has been created in your account for further assistance with this.
