Hotmail, Outlook.com recipient not receiving emails at all

I have tried all the possible ways to send test or run the campaign to all of my Hotmail or outlook test account but emails are not delivering at all. Seems like an issue with the constant contact delivery to Hotmail servers. Today is Sunday and no support is available very frustrating.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize that your email campaigns are not being delivered to your inbox. Have you checked in your junk or spam folder? If they are in there, please see this helpful article about how to create emails that wont go into spam. If they are not there, try reaching out to our deliverability specialists for more assistance. Another troubleshooting step to try, would be sending yourself a completely blank email test to see if an email campaign with no content reaches your inbox. That will help us determine what the issue could be. Thank you!

We have had the same issue this past week. People with Hotmail accounts on our distros have been receiving their emails 7-60 hours later than everyone else. I am going to call customer service today to find out what is going on.

Yes, you are right we are also facing issues from last 1 week emails were delivering late in Hotmail and outlook.com but yesterday it was dead not even receiving the test messages tried with running the test campaign to my test contact list it showed sent but nothing was received not even in the junk.

On the phone with constant contact customer service via chat. they tell me it's an issue with Hotmail and they really don't know when it might be resolved.. They say theyre working directly with Hotmail on the issue. And that the first issue was noted a little over a week ago. 

I just subscribed to their services Monday. Sucks to be experiencing this already! SMH

I truly apologize you are all having this same experience with your Hotmail addresses. With that being said, this is however a known issue that has been escalated to our senior ISP relations team. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with in the meantime.

Still facing the issue with Hotmail. Now all the email are delivering to junk even test email or text email and guys I don't know if you have noticed this or not it's only happening on Saturday and Sunday. Monday and Tuesday it starts working normally.
