How do I track specific clicks in a poll appearing in an autoresponder email?

I created a triggered autoresponder based on clicks in an email I sent out

If someone clicks on the link for our Marketing Mentorship program, they get added to the autoresponder.

The autoresponder email has a poll in it asking for topics of interest.

I can see the number of clicks and who clicked, but there is not a way to determine which choices they clicked on in the poll.

Does anyone know how to interpret the actions?

It's easy in a standard email, but I can't figure it out in the poll, since the system does not give you the URL for each button/choice.

Thanks,

Ken

Re: How do I track specific clicks in a poll appearing in an autoresponder email?

Hello @KenCountess,

Thank you for bringing your question to the Community!

I have taken a look at your autoresponder email and I see exactly what you mean. Unfortunately at this time reporting for our action blocks is limited when they are used in an autoresponder campaign. This is something that our development team is aware of and working to resolve. In the meantime, I would suggest sending this campaign as a regular email rather than an autoresponder campaign. I do apologize for the inconvenience but we’ll be sure to send you an email once this has been updated.

While we work to resolve this issue you could use our resend feature to ensure that you are sending this email to anyone who is added to that list. Click Here for more information on re-sending an email. Also, Click Here for more information on our Quick send feature. This will allow you to send one off emails from your contacts page.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience, Please let us know if you have additional questions and have a great rest of your day!
