How do you add more fields to a Bloom connected form

Hi,

I've connected the WordPress plug-in, Bloom, to our Constant Contact account using an API Key and Access Token. This works great to collect the default name and email. However, I also want to collect work phone number and company when visitors opt-in.

How do we do this? Elegant Themes, the makers of Bloom, have suggested that we get the HTML code from Constant Contact and add it to the "custom HTML section" of Bloom. I've found the custom HTML section in Bloom, but I don't know where to get the HTML code for the Constant Contact fields, work phone and company.

I tried creating a Constant Contact form, but I don't see where to get the HTML code. The only code I can get is Universal Code, which doesn't help me create the two additional fields that I want to add to my opt-in form. I'm not even sure if doing this is the right thing to do. How can I code my Bloom opt-in form so that it collects and stores this information into a Constant Contact mailing list?

Thanks,

Re: How do you add more fields to a Bloom connected form

Hello @i4iContact,

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble finding the code for your Constant Contact sign-up forms. This should be located in the three dot menu located on the sign-up form that you would like to integrate. I have included full instructions here to help you integrate the Constant Contact sign up form.

Here are instructions for inline and pop-up forms.

Since the Bloom integration is supported by Elegant Themes I suggest reaching out to their support team first, as they will know more about their plugin since they have created it.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
