We need to keep our account active, paying $5 per mo when we don't do an email campaign and $60 when we do a campaign. How can we do that without being threatened with being dropped from the system?? We want to keep our mailing lists available online.
Thanks for reaching out to the Community with your questions! We would be happy to help you continue keeping your account open with access to your campaigns and contacts. What you are describing is our Suspend policy. Suspending your account will allow you full access to your campaign, contacts, and any other account information at a small monthly fee. However while in suspend you would not be able to send an email. If you would like to suspend your account you can do so by calling our Billing Team at the phone numbers listed on our Contact Us page.
