Hello, our company has used service of constant contact for years. Recently, our company changed its registered company name and thus the company name on the billing also need to change. Otherwise we can't get approved for the marketing budget.
I had searched for editing billing information but unfortunately failed. So what should I do to change it?

The weird thing is, even I had already changed my organization name in "My Setting", the name shown in the invoice is still the old one. This problem has annoyed me for few months.

Hello @AnnaL233. It looks like you are logged in as an account manager, which does not have access to billing information. You will need to be logged in as the account owner to see it. Also, I suggest deleting that screenshot for your account security.
Hello Caitlin, this may be a stupid question, but I really don't know how to change to account owner instead of account manager...
By the way, I can't find any button to edit my previous image too...

If you are not sure who the account owner is or the login information for that user, please call our Support team directly as they will be able to assist you further. Also, I will edit your reply to remove that account information for you.
