We have 3 lists that we regularly email to. Each list has it's own list of subscribers with some overlap (IE - Users may be subscribed to all 3 lists). Is it possible to have a user from list 1 click the unsubscribe link in the email and only unsubscribe from the list 1 mailing list?
From what I can see they only have the option to keep their subscription as is or unsubscribe from every list.
Thank you for reaching out to us. If a contact of yours does not want to be part of a specific listing in your account, they can update their profile with the ''Update Profile'' link at the bottom of each email you send out. You can update which listings appear for the contact by editing your ''Update Profile Form'' from the Sign-Up Forms tab in your Constant Contact account. Here is an article that will show you exactly where this form is located and how to edit this form. Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with today.
