I am trying to use the Outlook add-in

The add-in does not work with my Outlook 2010. I cannot figure out why. Also, in the tutorials for importing contacts, CC looks very different visually than the version showing on my laptop. Thoughts?

Sorry to hear of the issues you're having with using the QuickImport tool for Outlook, but I'm glad you reached out for assistance with it. You can find an overview on how to use the QuickImport tool here and some common troubleshooting issues for QuickImport as well. If Constant Contact looked different it could be that the tutorial you saw was for our older user interface instead of the newer ToolKit interface that you have with your account.
