I am so sorry that you are having trouble purchasing a plan to send your first email. This is likely a browser issue. I have not heard of any loading issues buzzing around the office today. Do you have a different browser that we could try using for troubleshooting purposes? For example if you are using Mozilla Firefox can you try Internet Explorer? Or vice versa? Sometimes the page not loading can be from the plugins installed on your browser or it might even be the browser version.
Can you please give my suggestions a try? Let me know after that if you are still struggling. I promise that we'll get it figured out for you. Thank you so much.
