I want a refund. I am ok with paying for the month I used but I was never told of an automatic renewal. Since the moment I signed up I was told by the salesman many things that I later on was told were against their policy.
It has been less than 2 weeks since they renewed my account for larger amount that I had originally signed up. I would be ok with paying for the month I used but not for the whole year, especially at that price.
I think I am asking for something fair, don't you agree?
