I apologize for any confusion there may be with the charges on your account. We would be happy to help point you in the right direction to update the payment method on file! Under the My Account section of your account is where you will find the Payment Method field, and the button to "Edit" it.
Were you able to update your account through these steps? If not, I would suggest calling into our Billing Support directly. One of these agents can help update the information on file. At this time, for your account security we are unable to make these edits through the Community.
