I spent all day working on a new e-mail taht had to be sent today, and wen I saved and pressed continue it wen't back to where it was 3 hrs ago. It never saved, if this ever happens again I'm switching to

If you have tried this and still get the same results please email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, a reference to this post, and answering the following questions: did you log out at any point, or walk away from your computer? Did you have this email open on more than one tab in your browser?
