I'm a new user and have taken over our constant contact account from a former employee, Alexis Trautsch. I have already created my initial newsletter, however, when I try to sign it , the message says I need to reactivate a previous account which I don't want to do and shouldn't have to do.
I'm sorry you are having trouble logging into your account. Of course you want to get into your account, and I would be happy to try to help you get access. My recommendation is to use the Forgot Username or Password links below the login boxes to get a password reset and username reminder. Keep in mind that the Username reminder will require that you enter and have access to the username on file.
