I want to sign in with my new signin info.

I'm a new user and have taken over our constant contact account from a former employee, Alexis Trautsch. I have already created my initial newsletter, however, when I try to sign it , the message says I need to reactivate a previous account which I don't want to do and shouldn't have to do.

I'm sorry you are having trouble logging into your account. Of course you want to get into your account, and I would be happy to try to help you get access. My recommendation is to use the Forgot Username or Password links below the login boxes to get a password reset and username reminder. Keep in mind that the Username reminder will require that you enter and have access to the username on file.
 
In the event that you don't know or have access to the contact address on file, you will then need to call our phone support team for further assistance. Our Support team can be reached here. Here are the days we're available:
 
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST
Friday: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST
