I copied URL and inserted a PayPal button in my email successfully. However, when I preview or send a test of the email, the PayPal button is not included. Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize that your Paypal button is not appearing in your email campaign in preview mode. Just to troubleshoot this issue, can you try logging into Constant Contact through a different browser to check if that is causing your Paypal button to not work?
