I would love to help with your questions today. For your ScanBiz Cards, we have an integration to help get your contacts added to your account.
As far as your contact number not matching your Excel sheet there could be a few causes for that. If there are any duplicate contacts, only one will be brought in, so you won't have two contacts for the same person. If there are any contacts without an email address, they will also not be added to your email list. In order to be uploaded to a list, they do need an email address for you to send to.
