I also didn't want to purchase the inbox preview. It was a complete mistake to purchase it, could I please get the $10 refund? I didn't realize it required a purchase until I clicked the purchase button.

Thank you for reaching out to us! I understand that you mistakenly added the Inbox Preview to your account. In order for that to be taken off your account we would need you to call in and speak with one of our billing reps. For account security we cannot discuss cancellations publicly. As others have said with a cancellation method not exisiting, can you please cancel the inbox preview for my account and refund the recent $5 charge as I do not want this service? Thanks.

I'm sorry Inbox Preview didn't work out for you. I've submitted a request for refund to Billing Support, and this feature will be removed from your account within the next two business days.

I have also been charged for inbox preview for months and did not sign up for it and was never told there would be a charge.  3 months of $5 charges without being told??  Wondering how this happends...

We're sorry for any confusion about this. The Inbox Preview feature can be added directly from within your account, or a Customer Support representative can add it to your account at your request. Please let us know if you have any additional questions as it has now been removed from your account.

It can be added, but without the information that it will cost $5/month.  Nowhere was that information shared.  I would also like a refund asap.
