Individual Survey Responses Suddenly Became Anonymous
Our first survey was working great. We had 47 responses, and I could get complete individual data on each one of them. All of a sudden though, all of the responses became listed as anonymous, and I can no linger get individual results. I think this happened after I clicked on "save respondents to a list" in the INDIVIDUAL RESULTS page of the survey campaign. Is there any way I can get the status changed back from anonymous and be able to view individual results again
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I apologize that your survey results are shown as anonymous. If you sent the survey link through an email campaign instead of using the survey invitation, then all of your results will appear as anonymous. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we are unable to change that status. The link is used for customers who prefer the survey to be anonymous. If this is not the case, and you did send your survey through the invitation feature please let us know!
