Issues in ADA

As Organization we send emails weekly to our residents. One of our resident is uses a screen reader. From what I can tell Constant Contact is not ADA compliant and the only option is using ALT text which by the way did not work properly when I tested. Constant Contact have any other options to create an email that a screen reader can view and read to someone who is visually impaired? Is there a way to send a text only version of our weekly email?

Re: Issues in ADA

Hi @user70348

I can understand how important it is for your emails to be readable by all contacts. At this time we are not compatible with screen readers. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! What screen reader are you or your readers using? What part of your email or our website are you having issues with (ex: text not being recognized, columns read in a confusing order, links not working)? These are helpful details to have so we can submit your feedback on to our Product Team. We have however seen customers use our advanced editor in the meantime. You will need to paste your text in the HTML section between the <!-- START --> and <!-- END --> tags.
