I'm sorry that was happening. We have not had any reported issues. But, it does sound like you may have been experiencing some connectivity issues. The first step I would take is to try going into another browser and seeing if it works there. I would also recommend going into an Incognito or Private Window in your browser and then logging into Constant Contact and seeing if you can access pages through there. Going into a Private Window (Incognito in Google Chrome) will allow you to browse privately from any cookies or caches items that may be blocking your ability to access some pages. If things are working in Private/Incognito mode, I would consider clearing your cache.
If the above options do not work. Try doing a speed test. Where some websites may work fine on your computer, Constant Contact is very data intensive and does require higher speeds than some other sites. Our product requires the download and upload speeds to both be at least 2mbps for optimal use.
