It is taking too long to load

I am trying to send my newsletter and it is just rotating and rotating...saying that it's loading. It is taking way too long to do this... What's up? Diane W

Hi @DianeW106

I am very sorry to hear of this frustration. When are you getting this error? Is this when you have selected a time/day to send or at another point of scheduling the email? Also, can you veruify the browser and version you are working in when this happens?
