Joined Constant Contact because of problems with iContact

I just joined Constant Contact due to errors with iContact.

And, GREAT! Your website is not working either!  I keep trying to create an email and I get the error page.

Really discouraged.  Probably not going to join you either...

We're sorry to hear that you're having problems creating a new email campaign and really glad you reached out about it! We'd like to help but do need a few more specifics. Please send us an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com and include your username, a reference to this post and the following:

- What is the exact error message?
- At what step of the email creation process does the error display?

- Include a screenshot (if possible)

You'll also want to check to make sure you're using a supported web browser. Thanks!
