Thank you for reaching out to us through the Community. I do apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced in trying to reach our Support line. In regards to the pricing being raised, our billing system works by how many active contacts you have within your database and which Email plan you chose during the billing process. Any increase of contacts could place you within a new pricing tier for the account causing the change in pricing.
In respect to locating the email addresses that bounced, you can locate the stats of the email campaign that you had sent out within the Reporting page. To access this page, click on the Reporting tab located at the top of the screen in the navigation toolbar. Then, scroll down until you can locate the email campaign you want to look at bounce stats for. Click on the stat number for the Bounce Rates and you will land on the page where it will list all the email addresses that have bounced. At the top right side of the chart, you will see the Display option where you can select which bounce types you want displayed. Then you should be able to check off which contacts you want to remove and click on the Remove Emails option at top of the chart. I hope this helps.
