Lack of access

We just tried to do a resend to one of our contacts - email only - no name - and it says we have lack of access. What does this mean?

Hi @KarenP82883 I'd be happy to look into that for you. I am sorry you are not able to resend to one of your contacts. Let me gather a bit more information to investigate further. What is the name of the email campaign you were trying to resend? Were you using the Resend or Quick Send process? Are you having the same experience in multiple browsers? Can you provide a screenshot of the error?
