Library Purchase

I just purchased an image from the Constant Contact Library. I was charged $8.00 for the image, even though I was unable to upload it. 😞

I'm so sorry to hear you were unable to use your purchased image. I can understand how important it is to easily create your email campaigns. Is the image or images not showing in your library? What browser are you working in? Are you receiving an error message? Having any details of what exactly you are experiencing will allow us to look into this further for you.

No.  I replied to you that the image I purchased is not in my library and that we use google chrome.  I also said that I purchased "Pupils And Teacher On School Field Trip To Museum With Guide" from the "Stock Images" tab for $8.00.  I got no response, and the image is still not in my library.

Thank you for helping to clarifying this experience for us! I have taken a peek at your account and can see this charge has since been refunded by our Billing Team. Did you receive the email we sent you regarding this on August the 20th? If not, we suggested trying in a different browser or even a private/incognito window. Please let us know if you receive another error.
