Links not working on mobile

Hello,

 

I have sent test to multiple emails and the links will open on a desktop but will not on phones. Some of the links work on both platforms but the article and introduction blocks links are not working on strictly phones. The introduction and article block links are sent to an error page.on the phone.

Hello @jr_admin. Thanks for coming into the Community. I'm sorry that the links in your campaign are not working on a mobile device. I tested the email out myself on my phone and also on my desktop and some of the links that go back to your website are not working and show a message saying the page could not be found. Are some of these links only visible when connected to your company's network? Also, have you tested this email by sending it to someone who is not connected to your network? I would check with your website developer to make sure that these links are public and accessible to everyone. Also, you will want to make sure that these links have been copied correctly into your campaign.

My links are not working on mobile either. There is not even an option to click the linked buttons. They are all working on desktop.

Thank you for bringing this concern to the Community!  I took a look and I'm not seeing any known issues that could be causing this, so we're going to need some more information to track down exactly what is causing this.  It would help greatly if you could send us an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with the following information and a reference to this post.

1. The username for your account

2. What is the name of the campaign(s) that you were noticing the issue with?

3. The device type you're using, and the email clients that you've tried so far.
