Since you went to this new format it takes 3 times longer for my emails to load and at times the browser even times itself out. I've tried using the app for iPad but that is terrible. Somebody needs to make some changes.
I apologize for the frustration that you are having within your account. I tested your account using both Internet Explorer and Chrome and did not have any issue. We would like to investigate this issue further. To do that, we will need just a little more information from you.
What browser are you using?
Have you tried another browser?
Are you using WIFI or a Router?
