I frequently get the notice, are you there? We will log you out in 14 minutes or whatever and when I say I am still there, it logs me out anyway. To log back in, it takes me to the page with the phone on it, and it has a logon in the top right, I have to click on it, then login again on the login page, and go through at least another two pages to get back to where I was. This is really annoying.
I am sorry to hear that this is happening to you. What might help is optimizing your browser to accept all of the functions of the Constant Contact website. If you still get this message and cannot click the "I'm still here" button, can you try to use your browser without add-ons to see if this helps? Let us know if either of these steps helps to keep you logged in when you get the "are you there" message.
