When printing out registrations for our events, we lose key information that no longer prints on the reverse side of the page. I have tried to adjust the printing options, but whatever formatting is being used does not accommodate the extra (lost) lines.
I'm sorry to hear the registration information is not printing correctly. Out of curiosity, where are you pulling the registration information from? Is it being printed off the webpage you're viewing or are you clicking the "export" button and printing it from the spreadsheet that is generated?
If you could email us at social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username, the name of the event you are trying to get the registration for, file type you are trying to print (was it a PDF or an Excel spreadsheet, etc.) and a reference to this post and we will investigatewhat might be going on.
