Lost almost all contacts over a night?!?

What may have happened?!?!?!?!
Yesterday I saw over 10.000 contacts on over 200 lists on my account, which I have been using over 5 years. Today there is only 1563 contacts, if browsing "view all" - all lists with 0 contacts.

 

I had 6 months prepay plan and next payment day was due Feb 24.2018
I was about to go through and clean up my contact list before settling the payment.
May this losing contacts be related to low balance?
Now I settled an individual one month payment - but no contacts to be seen?

I really hope you at ConstantContact to have some backup from yesterday to restore all my contacts!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. I'm so sorry to hear this has happened with your contacts! This is definitely something we would like to look into further for you. In fact, I took a peek at your account and can see you were able to get in touch with a member of our Support. This Support agent was able to open a ticket in your account to help restore these missing contacts for you! I hope that helps.

I got answer and help from Constant Contact Technical Support, after I first could connect and got guiding by Chat helpdesk (time zone difference with chat online hours).
Luckily they were able to recover the lost contacts in 2 days, and also helped with reconnecting emails to Email Lists. So some manual work was needed.
