- Can we schedule an automation email to customers who click to our website from a sent campaign?
- The button feature for auto-send to those who have not opened our email is not on our schedule page.

Great questions. Yes! You can create an Autoresponder Series using Click Segmentation from those you access the website link from your email campaigns. You will want to set up a list for all those people to be filtered to and once you make the autoresponder active anyone added to that list will trigger the email. If you are subscribed to the Email only plan, you may need to upgrade to Email Plus in order to have access at no additional cost.
In regards to the Resend to Non Openers feature, you are unable to see it at this time because you are using the Legacy editor. If you create a fresh campaign using the Third Generation Editor, you will be able to see the option available to you.
