Thank you for reaching out to us through the Community. It seems that you do not have multiple users in the account. If you wish to update the account owner information (who is also a user), you will need to go to the Personal Information section of the account and update the information there.
Click on the name to the top right
Click on My Account
Under My Profile, click on Personal Information
