We have created a registration form for a conference we are organizing. We were wondering how we can go about directly emailing the 'guests' that our registrants have included with their registration. We asked for email addresses for both registrants and guests, but cannot seem to figure out how to directly message our guests. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Hello @MichaelL5428! Thanks for coming into the Community! Although you can email registrants from the events, the guests of your registrants have not given you permission to contact them from our service so you would not be able to directly email them from your account. You are able to download the Registration Details report which includes the guests emails and contact them outside of your account.
