Hello @MichaelF5168. I'm sorry that you're having trouble bringing over your contacts from MindBody! Are you using our brand new MindBody integration found under "Integrations" in your account? Are you seeing an error message when you are attempting to connect with your ID or could you provide us with a screenshot so we can try to look a little more into what is going on? For your account security, I removed the ID you included with your original post.
