I logged in to finish up a campaign and schedule it and noticed that there is only one contact left in my account. There were close to 2000 contacts and we have had this account for a number of years. Of course support is not open over the weekend and I’m not sure what to do. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, is it fixable?
Thank you for reaching out to the Constant Contact Community. I hope you are having a nice weekend.
I'm sorry to hear that your contacts are no longer in your account. I have taken a look at your account and can see contacts were deleted back on the 4th of the month. The easiest way to retrieve these contacts quickly is to go to one of your previously sent email campaigns, open your reporting, select the Sent number and add those contacts back to a list. Please feel free to reach out should you need anything else.
Thank you for choosing Constant Contact. Have a great day!
