Hi, We send a monthly campaign email to customers. The next month we copy the previous month and change it so that we don't forget to mention any events that are still going forward. Our May 2017 campaign is missing.
We thought we'd lost our minds until I searched my email and realized we did mail it, because I received it on 4/24. Where did the missing campaign go? I have to remake graphics now because the April Campaign didn't include events that were added in May. This is really annoying, not to mention expensive.
I completely understand! I was able to find your email campaign in the deleted folder. There is a safe measure that saves all deleted emails with the ability to recover. I went ahead and recovered the May 2017 email for your convenience.
