Earlier this year, I spoke to a customer service rep and advised them that I only needed a $20.00 per month plan. We are a nonprofit organization and would not initially use all of the bells and whistles recommended. 3 months into the plan, None of my request have been honored and to access a CSR has been extremely taxing. My 60 day free time frame was never granted. Lastly, I was just charged $70.00 for a plan that I have not been able to launch for our campaign. Needless to say, this customer service experience has been frustrating for me as a first time user. What I am requesting: * A $60.00 credit to my credit card account. *A return phone call. My email address is.
